Tasting Notes
The nose is aromatic and floral, jasmine and honey over ripe fruit. On the palate, fermented gooseberry and quince bring a fresh, gently tart bite, balanced by fine bubbles and a whisper of sweetness. Woodruff and geranium lend a green, herbal complexity underneath, and the finish is dry, clean, and long. Lively and expressive, with more going on than its easy drinkability suggests.
