Three Spirit

Plants, pleasure, and a third way to drink

Three Spirit was founded in London in 2018 by three friends who were tired of missing out on interesting drinks whenever they skipped the alcohol. Their answer was to build something new, working with a team of world-class bartenders and plant scientists to turn botanicals into drinks with genuine depth and character. They call it botanical alchemy: part art, part science.

This is where the craft shows. Three Spirit celebrates what goes into a drink, drawing on more than sixty plants from around the world: lion's mane, yerba mate, cacao, schisandra, hops, damiana, and many more. Clever extraction and blending give the liquids a real weight and mouthfeel that most alcohol-free drinks never reach, which is why the range has collected more than twenty-five awards, including a double gold for Nightcap at the San Francisco World Spirits Competition and golds for Livener and Social. The drinks have been praised everywhere from The Strategist to the Daily Mail, and are stocked by John Lewis.

The range covers three distinct drinks, each with its own character. Livener is fresh and fiery, bright with watermelon, guava, and ginger. Social is rich, roasty, and complex, long a favourite of bartenders. Nightcap is smooth and woody, deep with maple, hops, and warming spice. Each one is vegan and alcohol-free, and happiest over ice with a good mixer: Livener with tonic, Social in an espresso martini, Nightcap with a slow pour and an orange twist. Each is a proper drink in its own right, made to be enjoyed slowly.
