Nightcap
Nightcap is the deep, woody one from Three Spirit for the end of the evening. Warm and mellow, it is built on Canadian maple, mosaic hops, and warming spice, with lemon balm, turmeric, ashwagandha, valerian, and a trio of peppers. A rich, slow-sipping pour to round off the night.
Tasting Notes
Maple and vanilla lead, warm and smooth, with the resinous bitterness of hops and a deep, earthy note from turmeric. Black, Sichuan, and habanero peppers build a gentle, tingling heat, balanced by liquorice sweetness. The finish is long, spiced, and warming. Rich and complex, it is closer to a dark amaro than anything soft.
How to serve
Pour 50ml over ice and garnish with an orange twist for a simple, slow sipper. Its depth also makes it a fine base for a dark, alcohol-free cocktail, stirred with a dash of bitters. Shake the bottle before pouring, as some natural sedimentation is normal.
